Well to start with I did not put 2 packs of the croc widgets in basket, one was free and it gave correct charge but the over charged by £17.99 for extra widgets. Emailed immediately but no response until after order delivered. Was told to send back at. Cost of £4!
Next in the order it was for a size 9 croc, size 10 was delivered!
Absolute shambles. First time I have ordered from Shuperb and it will be the last. Normally stick to bigger retailers with a good customer service in place, my mistake. I won’t be using this retailer ever again.
