I ordered shoes from their ebay shop at the weekend The minute I got the ebay receipt I realised I had ordered super wide . I tried to ring them but closed so sent an immediate cancellation message through ebay. As I received no reply by lunch the first working day I rang to be told they had despatched the order and it could not be cancelled. I asked what the point of having a cancellation system was if they did not check it and they said there were too many to check. To add insult to injury they said I would have to pay return postage. The ebay add was misleading as It read that the shoes were "Super wide shoes" I just took it to mean that they were excellent wide shoes . Not impressed
