I bought Lucini Aldric chukkah boots from Shuperb. Within 32 days of normal work wear (as a school teacher) the rubber sole had completely removed and the wooden heel below was worn down to a shocking degree.
I sent Shuperb photos and after consulting with Lucini they told me that heel wear was not classes as a manufacturing fault.
Poor, poor quality. Buyer beware!
