Poor customer service with representatives who didn’t answer questions and fobbed me off. I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the boots until 5 days later. At a minimum I should’ve been refunded for the extra delivery cost paid. The boots were as described but I’ll never shop with these people again because I have no faith they’d assist if a problem arose.
