Shocking experience.
Purchased a pair of school shoes for my young daughter. The coating started peeling after 8 days across the buckle.
Customer service refused to do anything about it, saying it was due to scuffing. Shoes were not fit for purpose, customer service did not care.
Dreadful experience, purchase elsewhere.
