The email that I received from shuperb is extremely fague, and lacks any details.
What did I purchase from shuperb?
I cannot be bothered to look back through all my emails to find out what I bought from who therefore you need to actually put in some sort of content into your emails, this alone means my rating for shuperb is Very Poor, in fact if their was a button that was Extremely Poor then that would be the rating I would choose lol.
