Ordered 2 pairs of mens brogues on offer. Arrived well packaged but 1 pair was faulty. Sent them by their returns portal explaining I needed replacement in a week as shoes were for my wedding. This did not happen I had to purchase elsewhere. I requested refund and only part was made I had to request a full refund! Terrible customer service did not believe even with photos that the shoes were faulty due to manufacturing fault. It has taken 3 weeks to sort out. Would not recommend at all. Was made to feel the damage was my fault when it was found to be manufacturing fault! Never again....awful company who have no regard for consumer rights. Update been added by company to revise the review to reflect positive feedback!
