Parcel never arrived. Sent email and told 3-5 working day delivery. Waited the time and emailed again and no response. Telephoned and I was advised sentby Royal Mail and no tracking info. Been told parcel has been dispatched and asked to visit Post Office to enquire if they have the parcel. Feel this will make me look silly. Now had a resonsible to last email asking for my details. All I want is the flip flops I ordered!
