Although my order did not come within the delivery time specified due to the wrong size being in the box, I was impressed that I had a quick response from my email of complaint and was kept up to date with the progress of when the order would be full filled. Received my order today after receiving both a text and an email from royal mail saying that today they would be delivering my order. Would definitely use this site again, was worth the wait to get the correct product.
