No idea what these are like because they were not actually delivered. Received an email from their couriers 'confirming' they had just delivered the items to me, on a signed for service. They had not. I assume they've either been delivered to the wrong address or a 'rogue' driver happens to take the same size as me, or perhaps just couldn't be bothered and dumped them somewhere. I contacted Shuperb/Clickwise Customer Service that very day - reported that although the courier said that the package had been delivered, it hadn't and asked them to provide the delivery signature. (The courier conveniently only allows queries from the sender.) All they have done is point to the couriers website which says the item was delivered. I believe the non-delivery is not the fault of Shuperb, but their customer service is nothing of the kind. They were told virtually immediately there was a problem, and the obvious way(the signature, or lack thereof) to sort it out. Five weeks later, nothing. So - go ahead and buy from them, maybe you'll be lucky and get what you paid for, but if you don't, they're no help. Pay your money and take your chance. I won't, not again.
