Received wrong shoes and then took over a week to get a reply and returns form. Two and a half weeks on - still no shoes, but they had payment at the point of order. I would have expected, as it was an error on their part, that they would have sent out correct item immediately and enclosed a return label for the incorrect item instead of me having to email a photo of the incorrect item and the wait another week for a reply.
