Ordered a pair of boots via their ebay page. They were apparently delivered but I never received them. Contacted Superb to ask advice, very rude customer service didn't want to know as they said Royal Mail had delivered the item. Royal Mail don't want to know either so I am left £60 out of pocket and don't have any boots. Nobody wants to help and I feel very upset and frustrated. I work in retail and would never dream of treating a customer like this, especially a new one.
