Placed order for some boots Nov 17th. Never received a dispatch email so on Nov 23rd chased my order. 2 days later I got a reply saying that they don't have my size, but they have the next size up if I'd like to try those. So I replied same day to say yes please. Then 6 days later, today, they decide they don't have that size either.
Absolutely pathetic. Let's see how long my refund takes now eh. ????
