I bought a pair of boots from Amazon who were sold by Shuperb. I live in Ireland so they shipped via a parcel service I use in Northern Ireland which permits me to avail for faster and cheaper deliver to Republic of Ireland. I was away on holidays also in hospital and the boots returned 2 days late outside their UK returns period but I was in the Republic of Ireland. Their customer service was shocking with no flexibility given the fact that I was in Ireland. They refused to refund me, instead issued a credit note. The credit note should have been for £85STG - instead it was for £65.25. They charged me 15% Amazon referral fees and for using their returns label. I will never order from these people again, such an unpleasant experience.
