Placed order for two pairs of shoes had email saying order received, heard nothing for over a week so emailed them and got reply :- Sorry for the slight delay in dispatching your order. We are temporarily out of stock in the Carnaby style, the last pair we had in stock was damaged and we were unhappy with sending these out for you. We have ordered a replacement pair for you which we should be getting early next week. Amost 3 weeks since order placed still no shoes or contact from them, not impressed at all. Received today 20 days from order. Impressed with email to say they would be delivered today and pleased with goods.
