The codes advertised did not work. Contacted customer services, who said they would sort (adding free item). They did not as too slow at reading order information.
You have to pay for returns. I wanted an exchange rather than a refund. Back and too with emails - (3 + weeks later) they gave me a refund and said place the order again.
Surprisingly I went elsewhere!
