Shoe quality and price appeared very good however I had a problem with the online ordering service. The drop down size menu reverted back to default size 6. This was realized after completing the order. I tried the instant messaging service and e-mail but did not receive a reply until after the shoes were dispatched. The delay in sorting this meant the shoes had to be refunded and they were required for a particular date.
