The service was good, the shoes were good. I sent the shoes back as were a bit tight.
Then I found out that there was no free returns, had I had known this I probably would not have brought them.
There is no mention of this on the website. Most websites mention this on their Home page. Perhaps you should mention NO FREE RETURNS on your website.
