Unfortunately I have never received the shoes or the refund as yet. It seems that you are waiting for Royal Mail to reimburse you before you will refund me. My shoes were lost at the Royal Mail collection office and the replacement order showed up a discrepancy on the stock system and in fact there was not another pair in the correct size. I can't really comment about the service or the shoes until we reach a conclusion. Although I must say a couple of the people I have had e-mails from have been very helpful and courteous.
