I bought a pair of Dr.keller shoes from Shuperb & they fit well & were very comfy, but there was a problem on the left side of the right shoe, the 4 eyelets were not crimped & sliding up & down the laces.I looked on the website & noticed these were the last size eleven,I then rang a cobbler in Darwen to see if he could do anything with them & he told me to bring them over & he would see if he could repair them,he put a new eyelet in & crimped this with the other 3 & charged me £2.I sent an email to Shuperb telling them about the shoe & got a reply telling me,I would need a receipt for the £2 & photos of the shoe,I sent an email back to them saying it cost more for the petrol than the repair & to go & get a receipt would incur more cost to me & I don't know how to fix photos to an email & if they wanted photos I would have to get a friend to come & do it for me,they then replied no receipt no £2,I am in my 70s 20 odd years a J.P.the initial email from me was to tell them there was a fault with the shoe, that cost little to repair I didn't ask for anything back, but they have lost a customer who was ready to order another pair of shoes had these been perfect.
