Complete refusal to exchange faulty goods until I appealed to the manufacturer who agreed with my claim. Quite the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered and when the dispute is finally resolved you have to contribute to the company's cost of sending you replacement goods having already paid to return their faulty items to them yourself. After three months of being rebutted and refused any kind of service, never, ever again.
