Have recently ordered from Shuperb, unfortunately a fault developed with the shoes after one wear so I had to return. Although the returns procedure is a bit of a faff Shuperb did respond to my query within 24 hours and issued a free return label which just needed to be dropped at the post office, email received when they had the goods back and refund within a few days so can't complain. The loafers concerned did have good reviews so I think we may have just been unlucky.
