Good service, good shoes - just the problem of returning shoes and paying for the postage. Hard to know who should pay for that up front (hard to beat Amazon's free returns). In my case my Dad couldn't get the first pair on easily, but usually it's size, and if you expect returns to be paid for for this issue, the least you can do is campaign for a much more uniform shoe sizing system. It must be do-able???
