The shopping part went smoothly. However, the shipping was difficult as I first had to request a tracking number which was not automatically provided, nor the date of shipping. Then when the parcel reached Canada, the online tracking number gave no specifics other than "In Transit in Canada". Now Canada is large and who knows where this package could have been moving about. As I started to look into matters - voila! - the shoes had arrived. Hmmmm.... well all ended well nonetheless and I am happy to have my shoes!
