I was rather surprised when the size 11 shoes arrived & did not fit as I am actually a size 10.5.
Then went through the returns process & decided to try for a size 12.
A week after I posted the shoes I contacted Shuperb to confirm that they had actually received them - which after some checking they advised that they had.
It would have been helpful to have had an email confirmation rather than have me wondering what the status was.
When I pressed the person handling my call on the availability & despatch date of the size 12 shoes I was not very impressed by the content & tone of the responses I received.......seemed like I was having to work quite hard to get information that should have been freely offered
It is now 12 days after the return was sent off & the replacement pair has still not arrived
