After ordering a georgeous pair of Cuban heals with next day delivery I received the shoes 3 days later. The shoes were beautiful just as advertised but unfortunately too snug a fit. Returning them was easy but then they did not have the next size up which I requested. I chose an alternative pair but was told they couldn’t just replace with this item as this was a reduced price pair of shoes. By this point I had lost my patience and asked for a refund which was done quite promptly. I then tried to order yet another pair of Cuban heals but either my size was not available or my colour of choice was not available. I give up. You obviously don’t want my money.
