Good service would order from them again, unfortunately the slippers were too big, despite ordering a smaller size, having read the previous reviews. They kept me informed all along the returns process ending in a refund. Satisfied customer - even though I was disappointed with the fit of the slippers- they looked very nice. Just felt I would have trouble keeping them on.
