well, I bought a pair of Rieker mule slippers as a Christmas present. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. This was of course my mistake, but what I hadn't realised (didn't read the small print) was that Shuperb does not provide exchanges. This in turn entailed a return of the product at my expense, which I think is rather a cheek.
The slippers were not cheap(£52) consequently one would think that Shuperb would have the decency to provide exchanges.
