Delivery was slightly slower than expected probably due to Christmas/New Year break.
Very pleasant young man on phone, when I contacted them. My only concern was that the website was headlined with free delivery AND returns but this differs from their returns policy. Beware of this policy as other websites do offer free returns, which is imperative for comfort when buying shoes. Fortunately I was happy with the fit as I had had several pairs of this boot previously.
