I ordered the Kensington

Payed for next day delivery
They arrived on thursday.
I tried them on it took me about ten miniuts to get them on even though they were my size.I wore them for half an hour to try to break them in,it was impossible.
The left shoe was scratched on the toe cap and even Polish would not rectify.
As I had tried to wear them as they were needed for a function despite the fact they were late I could of course not return them even though they were unwearable and scratched!!
Not happy at all.
