After receiving the boots I ordered, it transpired that the description had been inadvertently incorrect. I contacted Shuoerb who immediately offered a free return or a discount as recompense. I decided to keep them and declined their offer of a discount as the price was good enough for what I had bought. I’ve dealt with Shuoerb for many years and have always been satisfied with the goods and their customer service.
