Not sure who is responsible but these Birkenstock Florida sandals I bought in a REGULAR fitting (meaning WIDER as confirmed by the open foot logo on the sandal) are at least 7 mm narrower than my two pairs of old Birkenstocks. The sandals appear to be a few mm shorter too and the straps are not long enough to allow wearing socks whereas I have 2 holes to spare with my old ones. Shuperb tells me that Birkenstock has not changed their sizing... what to do?
