Very unhappy with this company still waiting for shoes 13 days after placing order, have spoken to 2 people in customer services, but there policy is wait 2 weeks till they contact post office, i explained that my contract is with them not the post office, but they state they have there policies, and stick to them rigidly, so they have my money and my goods as far as i'm concerned, not a company to be trusted in my opinion, for me an awful experience
Also replied to there email and they have not bothered to get back to me from 5 days ago.
