I love the boots I purchased and the customer service is always responsible and professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it took a year to get my boots in stock. I am sure there was a good reason and they did give me a discount in good faith. I hope when I reorder new boots I can get them quickly and then would give 5 stars.
