I was obliged to accept a credit note from World of Slippers who sent the wrong item and then would not communicate. When I complained I was told I could also redeem this on the Shuperb site. I was unable to access my account there and eventually had to email for help and received a transfer password. Finally ordered some shoes and spent most of the credit. Good shoes, let down by the 'customer is always wrong' attitude in the first place.
