I recently ordered a pair of boots for my son in a size 9. When they arrived they where a very small boot, no where near a 9. I noticed on the accompanying invoice that a sticker had been attached advising that item could not been returned. I had not been advised of this at point of sale and when I contacted the company they would not refund my money. Will be taking this further and will not use this Company in future.
