We had to return men's leather slider shoes as were a very small size 10 and what we thought would be soft padded leather was in fact quite hard. These are sort of shoes (slip ons) that you want to be soft and comfortably from day one but sadly these were not. They did arrive promptly and we purchased for return the £1 returns slip. Awaiting my refund now.
