The slippers arrived very quickly, unfortunately the insoles were fluffy not material like around the insides of slippers, and like the pair my mother already had.
I contacted the seller and they got back to me straight away asking for a photo of them, but mums feet are very swollen and we have trouble getting anything on so we needed to keep them anyway. but I am sure if I needed to return them then it would have been fine.
