The sandals I ordered arrived promptly but, unfortunately, they were a little too tight so had to be returned. This was a straightforward process and in a reasonable time, my account was refunded. However, since I'd not requested a 'return of goods' slip when placing my order(for 1 pound) it cost me 3.50 :(
