It was easy to order from Shuperb and the delivery was quick but unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and I had to return them. I was kept informed during the return process, letting me know they'd been received and when the refund would be put into my account. Unlike some other companies, a set amount was deducted from the refund which I didn't agree with as I'd have preferred to take them to the post office and paid myself which would have been less expensive. Nevertheless, I will still buy from Shuperb as I like their selection of shoes.
