When I purchased my mules from Shuperb, the servive was excellent. The mules fit quite well even though I have broad feet. The only thing which could be improved would be the heel support. The heel support surface in contact with my foot seems to be convex, increasing the likelyhood of my heel rolling off the mule. It would be much better if the heel support was concave. Other than that small issue, I am very happy with them.
