After purchasing the doc martin shoes for my husband they looked very good and the service itself was very good, but one of the shoes has made his foot sore in two places he has never experienced sore feet with shoes as he has been very lucky maybe over the years (unlike us women) so he is just full of plasters untill hopefully the leather becomes soft and pliable maybe. If not I will contact the company and see what they can do !!!
