Good customer service and the £1 return label is a great idea. The only thing that stopped me giving a 5* review was a lack of a confirmation of order email and an item dispatched email, after I ordered I was left in the dark so had no idea when my boots would arrive. Thankfully an email from the courier company gave me that info so I could be home
