I found Shuperb to be very rigid and un-customer friendly when it came to my problem with my boots. I had bought them on a Black Friday sale, but sadly they were a little too big. Having called and calmly explaining my situation they refused to exchange (I had to refund and send them back) and they wouldn't allow me to use the sale price, insisting that I return and wait for the money to come back into my account and then buy a new pair for full price. I found that despite calling and talking human to human, there was no flexibility. They did not outline that sale items weren't able to be exchanged (even though I just wanted 1/2 a size down) on any of the communication I received, hiding it in terms and conditions that weren't obvious in the first place. I have now had to wait for this refund to process, and then buy the shoes again. I certainly won't be placing an order on this website, instead I will take my money elsewhere (to a company that offers free returns instead of taking money off your refund - UNACCEPTABLE). It's a shame, because service was so fast to arrive, but it's been ruined by this terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.
