Great communication , diligence and prompt attention to customer service.
Good quality product - no disappointment.
Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the slippers were wide fitting which I didn't realise when ordering ( could be my fault)
Anyway my wife is happily wearing now - and she is not easily pleased!
