Just appalling service. Don’t touch.
The sole came away from the first pair I bought. I returned them after I was eventually sent a return label. Replacement pair also had the same problem. It again took days to get a return label and was issued a refund eighteen days after they were returned and only after I chased them.
I don’t think they’re trying to rip you off. I just think they are really badly managed and have no clue how to run an online business. I’m happy to acknowledge good service but also think it needs calling out when it’s as poor as this. Looking at the other reviews I’m obviously not alone in my experience.
