Very poor quality, boots had score marks in the leather which looked like it was scored through by cutting the layer above, returned for a replacement and guess what the replacements have turned up with similar scores in the leather.
Returns system was a trial aswell, had to email.pictures of the issue, then print return labels and take to PO, then had to wait for 'investigation' to be completed before replacement sent.
