I received an item that was faulty.
I requested an exact exchange but was asked for pictures of the item I had received.
As the customer, I think I know when I need an exchange; I certainly do not need to provide pictures so Shuperb can decide for me.
Shuperb never received any pictures and a refund is currently being processed.
I may be wrong, but it seems to me that maintaining a loyal customer base isn't a priority of Shuperb.
