I am perfectly with the service I received from Shuperb. The reason I have given a 4 instead of 5 is that it is stated on ebay that the item would be dispatched next day and it was not. I do not actually have a problem with the time it took for the item to arrive, it was less than a week, but I do feel it is unfair to promise that an item will be dispatched next day when it was not actually dispatched til 3 days later.
