Ordered a pair of shoes, shortly later I received an email asking me to contact shuperb about the order. I rang up to be told the shoes werent in stock. I said ok, is the order cancelled, they said no, the shoes would be available in 10 weeks time! I said it was unacceptable and I would like the order cancelled. They said ok, they would do that. Later I found out they charged me for the shoes and didn't refund me. So I had to contact them again, to try and get my money back. I did get my refund, but I had to ring up twice and wait a week for my refund, over something they simply didn't have in stock. Also the customer advisor, the same gentleman I spoke to on both occasions speaks very unclear and often asked him to repeat himself. I have only reviewed this site as very poor, as terrible was not available!
